  1. 3 stars: exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey
  2. 2 stars: excellent cooking, worth a detour
  3. 1 star: high quality cooking, worth a stop
  4. Bib Gourmand (1997): good food, moderate prices – Orlando has 11 in 2024.
  5. Recommended: above average, but not quite Bib – Orlando has 30 in 2024.
