The River Café

The last time I was there, was 10 some years ago. I wore my famous yellowish scarf and a stylish woman asked where did I get it. The view was unbelievable. Good service and delicious food. A wedding was held there.

Brooklyn Bridge Park 布鲁克林桥公园

Brooklyn Heights Promenade @ Orange St., 2014.08.30

Crooklyn (a 1994 semi-autobiographical film co-written and directed by Spike Lee) is no more, long gone. Columbia Heights has always been the priciest address, above the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. All pix by iPhone 4S. I was impressed by the revitalization. Watching the masses enjoying the water front park, I wondered if China would do the same … or sell out to the developers … Above the park is the priciest homes of Brooklyn – Columbia Heights and the condo is being built by the Toll Bro goes for $2m and up.

Across the river is the South Street Seaport

Statue of Liberty to my right and South Ferry to my left
