The 5th floor roof top bar is a great place to have a drink or light meal. After 8pm, the three person band begins.
It’s pleasant and large, with pretty plants and flowers. Rex means king in Latin, where the crown on their napkins come from.
Historically it was the place where the daily U.S. briefings took place during Vietnam War, known as “The Five O’Clock Follies”. Oh well.
I’ve dirty Martin: it’s delicious but the olives are old and mushy.
