I’m pretty looking forward to this little swim. However, it didn’t happen.
It’s my intention that on this trip, I refrain myself from carrying Euro. A nuts, I know. Especially knowing how Germans are: not embracing the new econ the way I thought they would. It’s a bit bewildering, given they produce so many top notch goods and ideas. Many businesses are still cash only, including some tourist traps.
The service is great, other than refusing me, ha ha ha. The male staff agreed to show me the swimming pool but warned, “no photo”. He said that the pool water temp is 26 degrees, which is 78 degree Fahrenheit, which is bit warm in term of lap swimming, but ok.
It’s housed in an old building. They did extensive renovation in, 1999 or 2019 (?) or neither these two years. I couldn’t remember what he said.
The parking lot looks decent, if not ample.
