A cute little French restaurant in the Eastern Market, near Capitol.
My review on Yelp: We visited in last August, 2013. It’s pretty French -:). A mid age lady seems to be doing everything, owner or manager? There were patrons who came before us and stayed after we left. Easy street parking. A little above average, both food and service were decent. Out door dinning area is on a quite street.
