The bikers in DC

Like any large cities, people in DC are active and pretty fit. There are also plenty people line up at the famous Georgetown Cupcake. Not judging, just stating.

Alexandria @ DC

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Old Town Alexandria, May 8-10. Very fortunate it’s close to four public tennis courts in the front, but unfortunately I didn’t play.

The Oronoco Bay park is a block away. The 18 miles long bike lane (to Georgetown alone the Potomac River) is also behind. The hotel provides bikes. The staff at desk were nice and the room was clean but they were stingy about supplies. We had dinner Thursday at Acqua Al 2 and Friday at Panache. Beer break at Virtue-Feed and Grain on Union Street where we had Dogfish Head beer and Washington State Riesling.
