Old house dreams
From time to time, I like to check out old charming houses, online.
Today came cross this c. 1880 Queen Anne in Sand Creek, MI, on sale for $369,900.
It’s @ 4650 W Horton Rd, Sand Creek, MI 49279, on 13 plus acres, with 6 bed and 2 bath, totaling 4782 sq ft.
The original wood work is magnificent!
On the ground, there are two more structures, barns. A bed and breakfast seems fine? More background can be found on wikipedia: yes, this George B. and Amanda Bradish Horton Farmstead is on U.S. National Register of Historical Places.
