My first visit to JiNan’s Ten Thousand Bamboo Garden during my 2010 China trip, with aunt Jennie, uncle Changfa and his son.
Many people call it Zhang Yuan 张家花园.
Uncle was proud to be the grandson of Zhang Huaizhi. He celebrated his 70th birthday in the restaurant inside the WanZhu Yuan when restaurant was allowed to operate. The government or the management had revoke the license, at the time we visited it, the restaurant was long gone.
