We spent the Columbus weekend. This North Fork vineyard is very rustic. The North Fork Food Truck returns to Burger Fridays at McCall Wines. The Tasting menu has 4 options, each offers four wines in 2 oz:
- $10, First flight (Chardonnay’12, Sauvignon Blanc’13, Pinot Noir’11, Merlot’08)
- $12, Cellar Master (Chardonnay’12, Merlot Reserve’09, Merlot Reserve’10, Merlot’08)
- $14, Premium (Sauvignon Blanc’13, Pinot Noir’12, Merlot Reserve’09, Merlot Reserve’10)
- $16, Estate (Pinot Noir’12, Pinot Noir Wildside’12, Cabernet xxx’12 Ren;s Blend’10)
There is a burger truck which uses cow from the area; two young women manning the truck. The young waitress at the vineyard is pretty mature.

Peconic riverfront house
We spent the Columbus weekend in the North Fork known for vineyards. We got this house (near the S Jamesport beach) from Homeaway. Homes/mansion swap (on WSJ here) has becoming increasingly popular, probably edging out time share.
