It’s my second time visiting Tangshan.
Last year I went on a Monday which is the Museum’s off day. Oh well, it says a lot about my ability. But thanks lord one of museum staff was very helpful and the rest was a story. This time, it was planned so I went on Wednesday -:).

Wanda (万达集团) is everywhere in China, usually in the most prime location of that city. It was founded in Dalian by Wang Jianlin 王健林 who famous said, to reach a tiny target, lets start with a billion (一个亿小目标) in 2016.
In Tangshan, it’s next to Dazhao Park and directly cross the street from my so so Xinhua – and the hotel there cost much more than Xinhua. And people can more a lot things there: eat, shop (Sephora), take photography (for wedding? birthday? or just for fun …) and sell your real estate.

After gifting ceremony and seminar, they treated me at their hotel/conference hall for lunch. It’s two blocks away from Xinhua Hotel. Sunshine made the small guest house more desirable than the hotel. The lunch is a quick event and no alcohol was served.

The headquarter of Kailuan mines, is only six minutes walk to my hotel on the same road. During Zhou Xuexi’s era, the headquarter was in Tianjin, and the building is still sitting pretty.
